Living Waters Church holds personal data about individuals for general church administration and communication. We acknowledge a responsibility in our treatment of your personal data. Whether digital, on paper or any other form, this data is subject to the requirements specified in the General Data Protection Regulation 2017.
Living Waters Church endorses the eight principles of the GDPR in relation to all personal data that is aquired, stored and processed. Church staff and any other individuals who would have due reason to access this data are required to adhere to the 8 Principles of the GDPR.

Living Waters Church considers your personal information to be private and confidential. We will not disclose your information to anyone other than the leadership, staff, or team coordinators for the purposes of church ministry and day-to-day function. The only time this is not the case will be in exceptional circumunstance, for example when we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell any of your personal information to any other organisations and/or individuals.

Living Waters Church will use your data for three main purposes:
Living Waters Church uses a central online management system known as ChurchSuite. It can be accessed through any device with internet access. The servers are hosted by ChurchSuite and are located in the UK. The system is accessed via usernames and passwords, which are set by the individual. Only those who have due need to access the administration areas or contact directory have access to these facilities, such as the pastors, staff and team leaders. All other individuals within church membership or attendance have the ability, should they wish, to maintain there own account in the system and utilise the facities such as viewing their rotas and booking onto events.
