&lt;p&gt;Living Waters Church holds information that would be considered personal information. Because of this, we want to recognise your right to request the information we have about you. This is called a data subject access request (DSAR).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most of the data we hold has implied consent by yourself. As a regular attender you will likely have an account that we use to contact you in the ChurchSuite management system. You can also view and amend this data via your ChurchSuite account.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Should you want to submit a DSAR then &lt;strong&gt;our recommended way to request is via our online DSAR form&lt;/strong&gt; below.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We aim to comply with subject access requests to personal information as quickly as possible. We will supply the information we hold on you within 30 days of receipt of a completed form, unless there is good reason for delay in which case we will inform you.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Personal information is usually collected by Living Waters Church as a response to your contact or involvement with the church. For example, when you:&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Register interest or attendance for church events/activities;&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Provide your details to the church for office and staff usage;&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Donate (tithes/offerings);&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Purchase services, resources or events, which includes the use of the iZettle credit or debit card machine;&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Make general communication with the Church eg. email, letter, telephone;&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Access our website/s or social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube etc.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;h2 id=&quot;confidentiality&quot;&gt;Confidentiality&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Living Waters Church considers your personal information to be private and confidential. We will not disclose your information to anyone other than the leadership, staff, or team coordinators for the purposes of church ministry and day-to-day function. The only time this is not the case will be in exceptional circumunstance, for example when we are legally required to do so.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We do not sell any of your personal information to any other organisations and/or individuals.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We will not pass your personal information to any other organisations and/or individuals without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;When it is for use in systems that are for church activity or function, and under the usage and monitoring of staff or an appropriate church individual. For example, systems such as MailChimp that may be used by Living Waters for sending emails.&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;When reporting to Elim headquarters, for example in the case of submitting your donations that have been allocated as Gift Aid.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;By providing us with your details you are giving the Church your express permission to transfer your data to service providers including mailing houses, such as MailChimp, to enable fulfilment of the purpose for collection.&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;li&gt;Church marketing; e.g. church services, events and related resources.&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Analysis; so we can better understanding the people of the church and how we can serve you better.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Living Waters Church uses a central online management system known as ChurchSuite. It can be accessed through any device with internet access. The servers are hosted by ChurchSuite and are located in the UK. The system is accessed via usernames and passwords, which are set by the individual. Only those who have due need to access the administration areas or contact directory have access to these facilities, such as the pastors, staff and team leaders. All other individuals within church membership or attendance have the ability, should they wish, to maintain there own account in the system and utilise the facities such as viewing their rotas and booking onto events.&lt;/p&gt;
